Simptrip - Travel English ("Simptrip", "we" or "our") values your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect, use, store and share data from users of the app and related services.

- Where applicable, billing information and transactions processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card data on our servers.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive data (such as racial origin, religious beliefs, health or sexual orientation). If we receive such data in error, it will be deleted upon request.
Data retention
- Account data and user content: deleted upon deletion request, as described below.
- Legal and transactional records: may be retained for up to 5 years when required for legal or tax purposes.
- Backups: retained for up to 90 days before complete removal.
- Anonymized aggregate data: may be retained indefinitely for statistical purposes.

Children
Our app is not intended for children under 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child without parental consent, please contact us at the email above so we can remove the data.
Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International transfers
We may transfer and store data on servers located outside your country. Whenever necessary, we adopt adequate legal mechanisms to protect data during international transfers.
