Request account deletion
If you want your account and personal data to be deleted, follow the instructions below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@simptrip.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your full name and the registered email address. Deletion can only be requested by email — there is no online deletion form.
Upon receiving your request sent from the registered email, the Simptrip - Travel English team will verify the requester's identity and process the deletion.
What will be deleted
- Registration data
- Name, email address, profile photo and contact information.
- User content
- Activity history within the app, preferences, notes and user-generated content.
- Usage data
- Session data and telemetry directly linked to your account.
- Backups
- Backups may exist for up to 90 days before complete removal of data from the system.
- Anonymous aggregate data
- Aggregated and anonymized information used for analytics may be retained indefinitely without personal identification.
Processing time
We typically process deletion requests within 30 business days of verifying the request. If there are legal or technical reasons for an extension, you will be notified by email.
